Our manufacturers have the most first-class production and R&D capacity of disposable products of new environmental protection materials in Asia and even in the world. At present, we have 6 production lines of biobased biodegradable materials and more than 30 sets of equipment. It can produce more than 10000 tons of biobased biodegradable materials and more than 100 million biobased biodegradable tableware and food packaging products per year. The biobased biodegradation series products successfully developed and put into large-scale production by the company have passed ISO14855 (test report on the safest aerobic biodegradation degree and disintegration of plastic materials in controlled composting environment), ASTM D6866 (test method for determining the biological content of solid, liquid and gas samples by radiocarbon analysis) and GB 18006.1-2009 test (general technical conditions for plastic tableware), and obtained the OK biobased certification of AIB vincotte laboratory in Belgium. Up to now, the company has obtained 3 national invention patents authorized by China National Intellectual Property Administration. The company has carried out technical cooperation with many well-known universities and scientific research institutes at home and abroad in the field of biopolymer, including Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin Institute of Science and Technology, Heilongjiang Vocational College of Commerce and so on. It has received the national QS production license now. At the same time, the company has also passed 4 international management system certifications, including ISO9001:2001 international quality management system certification, ISO14001:2004 international environmental management system certification, OHSAS18001:2001 international occupational health and safety management system certification and HACCP international food safety management system certification. Internationally, the company’s products have entered the United States, Spain, Australia, South Korea and other countries and regions.
